Today from 10AM-Noon Middle Way Farm will have their apple press on site at market! You can purchase apples from Olson Garden Market or Bill Sager at market, or bring your own! It takes approx 15 pounds of apples to press one gallon of cider! There is no fee to using the press and a carton is included!
