From 10AM-Noon at the Drake Community Library

Required documentaion for sign up: 

1. Photo ID

3. Utility Bill (Proof of residence)

3. One of the following: 

-Subsidized rent receipt

-LIHEAP approval or appt information

-Current SNAP notice of decision (SNAP card not accepted)

-Current DHS notice of decision 

4. If signing up a child, a birth certificate is required

5. Proof of residency is required of anyone over 18 

To avoid long lines and extended wait time we suggest you sign up using the schdule below: 

Monday, October 28- Last names A-G

Tuesday, October 29- Last names H-M

Wednesday, October 30- Last names N-Q

Thursday, October 31- Last names R-T

Friday, November 1- Last names U-Z
