Event Description:

Join the Grinnell-Newburg School District and Grinnell Area Mental Health Consortium for an evening event to learn about how to cope in the digital age. Dr. Paulson will present a 2-part series on Coping, Parenting and Grandparenting in the Digital Age. Explore with Dr. Paulson how we became an anxious generation and where we go from here. The evening will also include a free meal provided by Pagliai's Pizza Grinnell and a community resource fair.
