Event Description:Valentine’s Day Wine & Pasta Night 5:00–8:00 p.m.—Served until 7:30 p.m. Treat your Valentine to a casual romantic Date Night Dinner at Tassel Ridge® Winery. Dinner begins with Fresh Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta paired with Oskyfizzante® Iowa White; Caesar Salad with Romaine, Croutons, Shaved Parmesan, and Caesar Dressing paired with Prelude; Baked Chicken Parmesan; Tri-Color Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce; and Penne Bolognese paired with Iowa Pizzeria & Pasta Too!®; Chocolate Cannoli paired with Oskyfizzante® Iowa Pink. $60 per person, plus tax—Harvest Club Member & 1 Guest: $55 per person, plus tax (includes Dinner, wine paired with each course, tax, and gratuity). Seating is limited. Advance prepaid, non-refundable reservations required. Call the Winery at 641.672.WINE (9463) to make your reservations. The Tasting Bar will NOT be open, but Seated Tastings, also by Reservation only, will be available to enjoy before your meal. Our Seated Tastings include your choice of one of eight Tasting Flights. Flights include five wines, freshly baked bread, Frisian Farms Young Gouda, and Tassel Ridge Dipping Oil. $15 per flight. |
