Event Description:

Join American Brawn for their Weekly Solace Sessions on Thursdays from 6-8 PM in the Solace Center (3rd floor of the Masonic Lodge). Open to Grinnell area veterans, first responders, or anyone interested in mental health. Calm your minds with enjoyable activites and some chill time of peace, joy and contentment.

Sessions include:

Planned artistic projects
Crafting of all kinds
Music listening, piano, accordian & guitar playing
Casual reading & puzzle making
Guest artist & musician presentations
