Event Description:Grinnell-Newburg Community School District is holding a special election to increase the current Voted-PPEL on Tuesday, March 4. The District seeks to increase the current Voted-PPEL by $0.67/$1,000 to the maximum $1.34/$1,000. Learn more HERE and calulcate your tax implication HERE.
Early Voting: Vote at the Poweshiek County Auditor's Office or the Jasper County, Iowa Auditors office to vote in person February 12 - March 3 during regular office hours.
In person voting will take place on Tuesday, March 4 from 7 AM - 8 PM. Poweshiek County residents will vote at the Elks Lodge (720 3rd Ave). Jasper County residents will vote at the Kellogg Fire Station (414 Front St).
