Holidays In Grinnell
Stop by Grinnell Central Park and check out the holiday decor! Lights turn on at 4:45 PM each day and the park closes at 11 PM. Decorations will stay up through December 31, 2024.

Santa in the Park will take place on Saturdays in December. Santa will be located under the shelter house in Central Park, weather permitting. Cookies courtesy of HyVee will be available to decorate. An indoor location will be announced via this page and our Facebook page, if needed.
- December 7: 10 AM - Noon in partnership with Grinnell American Legion
- December 14: 10 AM - Noon in partnership with American Brawn
- December 21: 3-5 PM in partnership with Grinnell Optimist Club

Extended Retail Hours
Many Grinnell retailers will be open late to help you get your Holiday shopping in! Extended hours will be Monday, December 2 through Friday, December 6 open until 7 PM and Saturday December 7 open until 5 PM. Participating businesses include:
