Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Grinnell team. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and supporting our mission of delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling using practice management systems.
  • Receive, deposit and post to accounts payments from customers.
  • Receive insurance payments and communicate with revenue cycle management company on accounts.  
  • Manage insurance verification, benefits coordination, and basic ICD-10 coding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and communication.
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and inventory management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance benefits and ICD-10 coding.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
