Sign Finisher and Painter (Spray Booth)
We are a full-service firm specializing in the design, engineering, and fabrication of custom illuminated signage and architectural elements. From vinyl graphics to large-scale outdoor illuminated signage, we take pride in our craftsmanship and innovation.
We’re looking for a skilled Sign Finisher and Painter to join our dynamic team. If you are independent, motivated, and a creative problem solver, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Paint using HVLP spray guns in a spray booth with appropriate protective equipment.
- Mix paint colors and finishes (AKZO Paint System).
- Prep and finish surfaces, primarily metal and some acrylics.
- Organize and maintain the paint supply area.
Position Details:
- Full-time | Monday – Thursday, 6 AM – 4 PM
- Overtime on Fridays if needed
- Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Requirements:
- Relevant painting experience required.
- Experience with automotive painting is a plus.
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and layout work.
- Comfortable using a computer/mobile device for email, job instructions, time tracking, and file uploads.
- Punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
