QUALIFICATIONS:
BA
Iowa Teacher's Certification are required
5-12 All Sciences Endorsement preferred
Previous K-12 teaching experience is prefered, but not required PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrate the ability to enhance academic performance and support for and implementation of the District’s student achievement goals
Meet and instruct assigned classes
Use research-based instructional strategies to deliver instruction that meets the multiple learning needs of all students
Create a classroom environment that is conductive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of all students
Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior
